We stand firmly behind the quality and service of our products and service. We understand that sometimes our product just doesn’t meet your needs. We offer 30 Days Easy Return Warranty because we want to ensure that your purchase be satisfactory and worry-free!
If you want to return your purchase, please kindly note the return policy:
Products that meet the following conditions can be returned within 30 days without any reason.
- The products are like new and in good condition for re-sale or a 10% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement will be charged if the parts are missing or the items are used. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are required to return items disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
- The customer will pay for the returned shipping fee.
- WOKA will pay for the returned shipping fee if the product is received damaged, ot the product is not as described as it shows in the website.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. After we receive the returned items, the refund will be issued to your original account which was used to place the order, and it may take 2 business days to be processed by your card provider.
- We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method to return the items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
- Orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, are not eligible for this return policy.
The Steps of Product Return
- Contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We may ask for photos or videos for our records--any you can supply would be much appreciated and will make your return quick
- Send the product to the address provided by our support team.
- We will issue refund after the inspection.
Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
Orders placed by 2:00 am Pacific Time (US & Canada) will be handled and shipped the same business day, and orders placed after 2:00 am Pacific Time (US & Canada) will be handled and shipped next business day!
If you are cancelling your order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via email@example.com. To deal with it as quickly as possible, please include your ORDER NUMBER.
Cancelling Shipped-out OrderIf you want to cancel orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and then return the product to the specified address that customer service provided. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as the returned product has received.
