Vertical laptop stand with gravity sensor
This is a new design among vertical laptop stands. It is driven by gravity. The clip naturally opens when available and if you put the laptop into it, the clip folds automatically and grips your laptop. You do not need to adjust the width manually. There are 2 additional slots on both sides so you can use it as a phone holder or a tablet holder.

The vertical laptop dock holds a width of 1.37 inches (35mm). It is suitable for MacBook Air / MacBook Pro / iPad / Microsoft / Lenovo / Asus / Acer / HP / tablet and all laptops which thickness is less than 1.37 inches. Newer laptops are slimmer. No matter how slim your laptop is, this vertical stand will grip your laptop firmly and keep it stands upright.

Using a vertical stand, you can organize your laptop, tablet, and phone upright on the desk and keep your desktop clean. Thanks to the side holders, the laptop dock can hold 3 devices at the same time. Orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
Shipping Fee
Shipping is free for contiguous 48 United States. For other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Handle Time
It will take 1-2 working days to handle and ship items after receiving orders.
Transit Days
Shipping normally will take 2-5 business days to delivery.
Order Tracking
Tracking number will be sent via email once the items shipped. If the tracking number doesn't provide tracking details, please wait a few hours for the carrier to update the status, and then check again.
Other points to note
Shipping Address Modification
Shipping address can be changed if there’s no tracking number provided. But it cannot be changed after the tracking number is provided, and please return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.
International Electrical Considerations
All WOKA control boxes and legs are designed for 120V power input. If 120V power is not available in your case, you'll need to use a step-down transformer to prevent damaging the desk frame's electronics and voiding the warranty.
COVID-19
Due to the impact of COVID-19, standard shipping may take 2-5 business days, some areas may take 10 business days.
Missing or lost packages
If you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email but not receive the order(s), please try:
1.If you live at a residence, look around the shipping address.
2.If you live in an apartment, check again with the receptionist at the reception area.
3.Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please contact support of WOKA to help you filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.

About Tax
All items are tax-included on wokamall.com. For orders outsides of US, customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations before ordering from us. WOKA cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. Please verify the address, and the buyer is responsible for providing the correct and current address.
Return and Refund Policy
We stand firmly behind the quality and service of our products and we understand that sometimes our product just doesn’t meet your needs. We offer 30 Days Easy Return Warranty because we want to ensure that your purchase be satisfactory and worry-free!
Return
Products that meet the following conditions can be returned within 30 days without any reason:
1 The products are unused like new and in good condition.
2 If the parts are missing or the items are used, 10% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement will be charged. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are required to return items disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
All return cost including shipping will be covered by WOKA unless:
1. The product is damaged maliciously.
2. The product is break down of colors and damage caused by sun and water exposure.
3. Unauthorized modifications.
Refund
Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund. A refund will be issued the next business day after we receive the returned items, and it may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method to return the items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.

1 Contact us via cs@wokamall.com with order number, photos or videos for our records. More information would be much appreciated, and will make the return process get quicker.
2 Send the product back to the address provided by our support team.
3 Refund will be issued after the inspection.
Cancellation
Cancelling Unshipped-out Orders
To cancel order not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us via cs@wokamall.com with order number.
Cancelling Shipped-out Order
If parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please contact us and return the product to the specified address we provided. We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. Refund will be issued as soon as the returned product has received.
